Things to do in the ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah

ان دس دنوں میں کثرت سے اللہ کا ذکر کرنے کا حکم

🍃 عَنْ ابنِ عمر عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَلَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ الْعَمَلُ فِيهِنَّ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ فَأَكْثِرُوا فِيهِنَّ مِنْ التَّهْلِيلِ وَالتَّكْبِيرِ وَالتَّحْمِيدِ. [مسند أحمد:5446] صحیح

🍃 ابن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کوئی بھی دن اللہ کے ہاں ان دس دنوں سے زیادہ عظمت والے نہیں ہیں اور نہ ہی کسی دن کا عمل اللہ تعالی کو ان دس دنوں کے عمل سے زیادہ محبوب ہے

• پس تم ان دس دنوں میں کثرت سے تہلیل (لا الہ الا اللہ) ، تکبیر (اللہ اکبر) اور تحمید (الحمد للہ) کہو۔
  🍃 It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that the Prophet ( ‎ﷺ ) said: No day is greater in the sight of Allaah than these ten days, nor is the deed of any day dearer to Allaah than the deed of these ten days.
• So in these ten days frequently say Tahlil (La ilaha illa Allah), Takbir (Allahu Akbar) and Tahmid (Alhumdulillah).

🍃 كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يَخْرُجَانِ إِلَى السُّوقِ فِي أَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ يُكَبِّرَانِ وَيُكَبِّرُ النَّاسُ بِتَكْبِيرِهِمَا وَكَبَّرَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ خَلْفَ النَّافِلَةِ. [صحيح البخاري, بَاب فَضْلِ الْعَمَلِ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ]

🍃 ابن عمر اور ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہما ان دس دنوں میں بازار کی طرف نکل جاتے اور دونوں تکبیرات پڑھتے، لوگ ان کی تکبیر سن کر تکبیر کہتے، اور محمد بن علی نفل نمازوں کے بعد بھی تکبیر کہتے تھے۔
🍃 Both Ibn ‘Umar and Abu Hurairah (رضی اللہ عنہما) would go to the bazaar during these ten days and both would recite the takbeers. People used to say takbeer after hearing their takbeers, and Muhammad ibn Ali used to say takbeer even after the supererogatory prayers

🍃 اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، واللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ.

• اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، اور اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے اور اللہ کے لیے ہی تمام تعریف ہے۔ [المصنف إبن أبي شيبه:5694] صحیح

• Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest and all praise is due to Allah.

🍃 اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَأَجَلُّ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ عَلَى مَا هَدَانَا. [السنن الكبرى للبيهقي:6504، وصححه الألباني في ارواء الغليل]

• اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، اور سب تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے، اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے اور جلیل القدر ہے، اللہ کی بڑائی اس پر کہ اس نے ہمیں ہدایت نصیب فرمائی۔

• Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, and all praise is due to Allah, Allah is the greatest and glorious, the glory of Allah is that He has given us guidance.
